What is required to book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment time. Deposits go toward the total cost of your service.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or no-shows, will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to re-book.

You’ll receive text/email notifications for your appointment therefore any no shows forfeit their deposit and cannot reschedule.

What is your late policy?

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.

Do you accept previous work (old brows)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, depending on the depth/color of existing work. Please send a clear photo in natural lighting for approval before booking.

We accept cash and credit/debit card (+HI tax).
